WE CONDUCTED OUR OWN STUDY using electrolyzed water on the surface of an apple that had been sliced. On one slice, we sprayed the Electrolyzed water, and rinsed the other with tap water. After 15 minutes, the untreated apple slice had already started to turn brown, while the slice that had been sprayed with electrolyzed water, maintained its integrity! It tasted good too!
